Fence Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fence Technician to join our experienced team. The successful applicant will be responsible for installing and repairing a wide range of fencing solutions, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and recommend fencing solutions.
• Manage inventory of materials needed for installations.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare cost estimates for potential projects.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to schedule installation works.
• Ensure quality control by reviewing work upon completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fence installation and repair

Technical Skills

• Fencing Materials Knowledge
• Hand and Power Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Customer Service

Certifications

• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in fence installation or repair: Additional certifications relevant to the industry.
• Welding or metal fabrication experience: Experience working with metal fences would be an advantage.
