Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims made by our customers. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the claims process. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into claims.
  • Evaluate necessary documentation to support claims.
  • Maintain records of findings and communications with all parties involved.
  • Engage with other departments to facilitate a smooth claims experience for customers.
  • Assist in training new claims team members on best practices.
  • Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance claims processing.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Insurance Institute of America (IIA) are advantageous.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
