Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Trainer to join our team in Windsor. The ideal candidate will design and deliver effective training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. You will engage with various teams to identify training needs and create tailored content that meets organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies that align with business objectives.
• Utilize various instructional techniques to engage learners effectively.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback.
• Prepare and maintain records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Ensure training programmes adhere to compliance and industry standards.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Build relationships with external training providers to enhance offerings.
• Solicit feedback to continuously improve training quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Adult Learning is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate training environment
