Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Coventry team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing mechanical systems and components. You should have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles and be adept at using engineering software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply new technologies and methodologies to enhance design processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and project proposals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of design activities and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
• PDM/PLM Systems

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Professional Engineer (CPEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of robotics and automation: Knowledge of robotics systems and their integration into production environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
