Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication for our patients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide medication therapy management and health consultations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications as prescribed and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Consult with patients and healthcare providers on medication-related issues.
• Conduct medication therapy reviews to identify potential drug interactions.
• Prepare and participate in departmental audits and performance reviews.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Support pharmacy staff in training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Pharmacy Practice Residency is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred
