Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the finishing of lingerie products. You will be responsible for ensuring each item meets our stringent quality standards through various finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular checks on garment quality and perform necessary repairs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators in sewing techniques and machine use.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Support team members during peak production times.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required, but familiarity with sewing machines is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Hand-eye coordination
• Basic understanding of garment construction
• Experience with sewing machines

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
