Job Description

As the Furniture Assembly Supervisor, you will manage a dedicated team of assemblers and ensure that all products meet quality standards while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your expertise in furniture assembly will be crucial in training staff and optimising operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Supervise daily operations and allocate tasks to team members effectively.
• Implement best practices in assembly techniques to maximise efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Collect and analyse data to improve assembly workflows and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory capacity within the furniture manufacturing sector.

Advantageous
