Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage day-to-day operations in a vibrant healthcare setting. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for improving patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers for scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor the quality of patient care and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of patient care policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Lead team meetings and encourage collaborative work among staff.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthcare services.
  • Evaluate administrative workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Additional qualifications in healthcare management preferred
