Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance our security framework. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IAM technologies and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.
• Create and implement authentication policies for secure access.
• Analyze and report on IAM performance metrics.
• Educate staff on IAM policies and best practices.
• Participate in risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with teams on identity governance initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IAM or related security fields
