We are seeking a skilled Bander to join our team, responsible for securing materials and finished products using various banding techniques. The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilise banding tools accurately to secure products.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in training new employees on banding procedures.
• Keep machinery clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor production process and report discrepancies.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices.
• Participate in team meetings to address production issues.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.
• Training in banding techniques and safety procedures preferred.

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
