Job Description
The Bacon Stringer will be responsible for efficiently producing and packaging high-quality bacon products. They will ensure adherence to strict quality and safety standards throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Handle and string bacon according to specified guidelines.
Inspect the quality of bacon strips and discard as needed.
Adjust curing conditions to maintain quality.
Manage machine operations and ensure they are running smoothly.
Label and package bacon effectively.
Strictly observe hygiene standards throughout the process.
Engage with team members to ensure production efficiency.
Log production results accurately.
Take responsibility for equipment cleaning and upkeep.
Quickly escalate any equipment or safety issues.
Requirements
Education
Basic education preferred.
Experience
Experience in meat processing or similar industry preferred.
