Job Description

The Bacon Stringer will be responsible for efficiently producing and packaging high-quality bacon products. They will ensure adherence to strict quality and safety standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and string bacon according to specified guidelines.
  • Inspect the quality of bacon strips and discard as needed.
  • Adjust curing conditions to maintain quality.
  • Manage machine operations and ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Label and package bacon effectively.
  • Strictly observe hygiene standards throughout the process.
  • Engage with team members to ensure production efficiency.
  • Log production results accurately.
  • Take responsibility for equipment cleaning and upkeep.
  • Quickly escalate any equipment or safety issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Basic education preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in meat processing or similar industry preferred.
