Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of patient conditions. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Manage chronic and acute health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centred care.
  • Administer vaccinations and other preventive measures.
  • Document services in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency care when needed.
  • Participate in staff training and development.
  • Advocate for patients and their families.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of practice protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Nurse Practitioner licensure in the UK
Experience
  • 3+ years in a primary or urgent care setting
