Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies for improved patient services.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with relevant regulations.
  • Supervise the administrative team and provide training as needed.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain for healthcare materials.
  • Assist in the strategic planning of healthcare initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s in Health Administration or Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
