Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media presence in Cardiff. This role involves creating and implementing innovative strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead brainstorming sessions for social media content.
Conduct audience research to tailor content and campaigns.
Report directly to the Head of Marketing on campaign performance.
Create compelling written and visual content.
Initiate partnerships with other brands on social media ventures.
Oversee the company’s online reputation and presence.
Implement A/B tests on social media ads to maximise engagement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus

4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns
