Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Converter to join our team. The Converter will be responsible for converting various file formats into desired outputs. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant software platforms/tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth tax audits for compliance with U.S. taxation laws.
• Confirm the accuracy of tax returns and financial documents.
• Work alongside clients to clarify tax-related queries and provide strategic advice.
• Establish methods for enhancing tax efficiency and increasing revenue.
• Document and present audit findings clearly to management.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting tax compliance.
• Address suspicions of fraud or evasion and collaborate with legal entities when needed.
• Support the development of junior colleagues in understanding tax processes.
• Record all relevant tax-related activities accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to tackle complex tax challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional certifications like CPA or EA preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years in tax compliance or revenue management roles.
