Job Description

As a Safety Deposit Clerk, you will manage and maintain safety deposit boxes while ensuring the clients' valuables are secure. You will assist clients and handle administrative tasks, all while upholding exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming requests for safety deposit box services.
  • Safely manage client valuables according to bank protocol.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of box inventory.
  • Assist customers in accessing their boxes with a focus on service excellence.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and security guidelines stringently.
  • Regularly inspect the safety deposit area for compliance.
  • Provide clear information to clients regarding safety deposit procedures.
  • Work in tandem with colleagues for seamless department efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications in banking services preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or security roles is highly regarded
