Responsibilities
Effectively manage and update reserves records.
Work closely with other teams to ensure accurate data reporting.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on reserves management.
Develop strategies for enhanced reserves management.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding reserves status.
Assist in training new team members on reserves processes and documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitate audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements
Education
A-levels or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in reserves management or related field
