Job Description

As a Bleaching Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our textile production process. You'll operate and maintain bleaching machines, ensuring they run optimally to produce high-quality bleached products. Attention to detail and mechanical skills are crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multiple bleaching machines concurrently.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular quality control assessments on the output of bleached textiles.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operation and any maintenance conducted.
• Report any technical issues to the Production Manager promptly.
• Work with the chemical handling team to manage the bleaching agents safely.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
• Help develop training materials for new hires in the production department.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience operating and maintaining bleaching machines in a textile manufacturing environment is desirable.
