Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee data collection processes and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with data analysts to refine data collection methods and analysis techniques.
• Provide recommendations based on research insights to enhance product offerings.
• Engage with customers to gain direct feedback and insights regarding their experience and needs.
• Prepare comprehensive market analysis and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Statistics
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a market research role

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Statistical Software Proficiency

• Interpersonal Skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in Welsh: Ability to speak Welsh would be an asset in this role.
• Understanding of Consumer Behaviour: Knowledge of consumer behaviour dynamics is highly preferred.
