Job Description

As a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process. You will operate and maintain steel rolling machinery, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Adjust rolling equipment to meet product specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist fellow operators in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Document production output and issue reports as necessary.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Train and mentor new employees as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in related fields is an advantage
