As a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process. You will operate and maintain steel rolling machinery, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
Responsibilities
Adjust rolling equipment to meet product specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to prevent downtime.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist fellow operators in a team-oriented environment.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Document production output and issue reports as necessary.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Train and mentor new employees as needed.
Requirements
Education
