Job Description

As a Landscape Architect at Green Space Designs Ltd., you will play a crucial role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional environments. You will be involved in project planning, design, and execution, working collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality landscapes that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and planning of landscape projects.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys for project validation.
  • Collaborate with municipal authorities for necessary approvals.
  • Utilise CAD and 3D modelling software for landscape design.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in project execution.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and objectives.
  • Research and implement sustainable practices in landscape architecture.
  • Develop planting plans and materials specifications.
  • Coordinate with environmental consultants for ecological assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture
