We are seeking a proactive Investment Banking Associate to join our London team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients, managing projects, and developing financial models. You should have a strong understanding of financial markets and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and industry research to identify opportunities.
• Assist in financial modeling and valuation of potential projects.
• Prepare and present findings to senior bankers and clients.
• Support in drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.
• Attend client meetings and represent the firm professionally.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications (CFA, CAIA) are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial role
