Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to support our production line. The successful candidates will play a key role in operating machinery and ensuring a seamless workflow of materials in our bustling manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from production machines
• Constantly monitor machinery for any irregular performance
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is running efficiently
• Record material quantities and report discrepancies
• Ensure all health and safety practices are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in team meetings to improve production processes
• Assist in inventory management as required

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Ability to operate a forklift is an asset.
• Experience with material handling equipment: Familiarity with tools and machines that aid in the handling of materials.
