• Work with product managers to define product requirements.
• Train and mentor junior QA engineers to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop and maintain test documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA or related field

• Selenium

Certifications

• Agile Testing Certification
• Scrum Master Certified (SMC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
