As a Jewelry Dipper at XYZ Jewelry Manufacturing, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty of our jewelry pieces. You'll be responsible for applying precise surface finishes, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare jewelry items before dipping.
• Apply coatings by dipping pieces into designated solutions.
• Monitor finished products for quality and consistency.
• Handle and maintain dipping apparatus, ensuring it’s clean and functioning.
• Coordinate with production staff to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
• Document all dipping activities including materials and processes used.
• Participate in training for new techniques in jewelry finishing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and any improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Background in jewelry manufacturing or related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with electroplating or surface finishing techniques is a plus.
