Production Worker (Stock House Worker)

Job Description

As a Stock House Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing our inventory and stock within our warehouse. The ideal candidate is someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate record-keeping and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
• Organise stock efficiently across storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast needs for distribution.
• Conduct stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in packing and preparing outgoing orders.
• Perform stock rotation using FIFO methods.
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
• Coordinate with team to enhance warehouse workflow.
• Document stock movements and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Support the team in resolving any inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required; however, prior experience is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in stock control, warehousing, or a related field is advantageous.
