Job Description

We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biological sciences and a passion for innovative research. You will play a key role in conducting experiments, analysing data, and contributing to pivotal research projects aimed at developing new therapeutics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative projects aimed at drug discovery and development.
  • Utilise advanced techniques such as CRISPR and gene editing.
  • Participate in grant writing and funding proposals.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Stay current with advancements in biotechnology and apply new techniques to research.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Biotechnology or related field
  • PhD in related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in laboratory research
Technical Skills
  • PCR and Gel Electrophoresis
  • Data Analysis Software (e.g., R, Python)
