We are seeking a proactive Corporate Wellness Program Manager to enhance our employee wellness initiatives. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs aimed at boosting employee health and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate wellness strategies and initiatives.
• Assess and report on wellness programme outcomes and employee feedback.
• Foster partnerships with health providers and wellness vendors.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and training on health topics.
• Develop resource materials to educate employees about wellness opportunities.
• Advocate for a culture that prioritises health and well-being within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in health programme development or wellness management
