Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers, you will oversee firefighting personnel, ensuring efficient and safe operations during emergencies. Your leadership skills will be paramount in fostering a proactive safety culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the firefighting team during incidents.

  • Administer regular assessments to test readiness and response capabilities.

  • Keep detailed documentation of all incidents and training events.
  • Update knowledge on fire safety legislation and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or related field
  • Management qualification preferred

  • 4 years of firefighting experience with supervisory roles
