Job Description

As a Military Officer specializing in Tactical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating space and missile operations, analysing data for decision-making, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for tactical missions involving space and missile systems.
• Ensure effective communication between teams during critical missions.
• Implement procedural changes based on performance evaluations.
• Support training and development of junior officers in tactical operations.
• Manage logistical aspects of airlift and missile operations.
• Assess and report on operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct after-action reviews to improve future missions.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Advanced military training or certifications in tactical operations are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in space and missile operations
