Job Description

As a Military Officer, you will lead and manage a team of soldiers, ensuring their training, discipline, and morale. Your role will involve planning and executing military operations while providing critical leadership in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train soldiers to maintain operational readiness.
  • Conduct detailed operational planning and execution.
  • Serve as an advisor to senior leadership on tactical operations.
  • Engage with community stakeholders for cooperative operations.
  • Assess and manage operational logistics.
  • Provide conflict resolution and mediation within the team.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to soldiers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Facilitate communication within the unit to improve cooperation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Defence Studies)
