Job Description

We are seeking a talented Nuclear Engineer to design and implement radiation detection and protection systems. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring safety measures are in place to mitigate radiation exposure in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective radiation detection systems.
  • Assess and advise on radiation safety protocols.
  • Perform detailed radiation analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate training programmes for staff regarding radiation safety.
  • Investigate incidents and provide technical support during emergencies.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for radiation safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate radiation levels in operational environments.
  • Research and report on emerging radiation safety technologies.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on compliance matters.
  • Ensure that all records and documentation are accurately maintained.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in radiation safety practices
