Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Swansea team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries efficiently through phone, email, and chat.
  • Swiftly address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Ensure follow-ups with customers for successful issue resolution.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
  • Work closely with other teams to solve complex problems.
  • Recommend enhancements to customer service strategies.
  • Engage in team initiatives for overall improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Proficient in data entry

Languages
