Job Description

We are searching for a Metal Sheet Roller Operator who will be responsible for operating metal rolling machines to produce high-quality metal sheets. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery and a keen eye for detail to ensure precise manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machinery settings in accordance with production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to avoid downtime.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep detailed records of production output and machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Problem Solving
• Safety Standards Knowledge

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean principles to enhance production efficiency.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role: Experience leading a small team in a manufacturing environment.
