Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by meticulously testing applications and identifying bugs. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to enhance performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases for new features.
• Perform cross-browser and compatibility testing.
• Document and verify fixes in response to detected defects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
• Evaluate tools and technologies for test automation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a test case repository.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent
• Certifications in Quality Assurance are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a QA role
