Job Description

As an Architectural Designer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans for both commercial and residential projects. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring compliance with all building regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Participate in design review meetings with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.
  • Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design integration.
  • Utilize 3D modeling tools to create visual representations of designs.
  • Evaluate project progress and suggest improvements.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on sustainable practices
