Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to junior underwriters and support team development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting

Technical Skills

• Insurance Law
• Financial Modelling

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Teamwork

Certifications

• ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute)
• Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
