Pig Machine Supervisor

Job Description

The Pig Machine Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of pig machines, ensuring that all pigs are cleaned and transported safely and efficiently. This role involves managing a team of operators and working closely with other departments to ensure that production targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the cleaning of oil and gas pipelines using pigging technology.
• Ensure safety standards are implemented and adhered to by all team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance and training where necessary.
• Ensure accurate reporting of operations and address any incidents promptly.
• Promote continuous improvement in pipeline cleaning processes and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in engineering preferred

Experience

• Experience with pig machine operation and maintenance
