As a Snow Removal Supervisor, you will oversee our snow removal operations, coordinating a dedicated team to ensure timely and efficient service during winter months. Your leadership will be crucial in managing schedules, equipment, and staff, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training exercises that enhance skills and teamwork.
• Organise and oversee team activities, including games and matches.
• Monitor and analyse player performance using video analysis tools.
• Engage with young athletes to cultivate interest and passion for the sport.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including athletes and parents.
• Encourage sportsmanship and team spirit amongst players.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance coaching skills.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve coaching effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification
• Relevant bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, preferably in basketball
