Job Description

We are on the lookout for Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to operate machinery used in the production process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production quality while adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to grind, crush, and polish materials for production.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.
• Work in a team setting to ensure production targets are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery during operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
• Prepare machinery for scheduled maintenance and assist maintenance personnel as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working with hydration equipment is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
