Job Description

A Kick Press Setter is essential for the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up and operating kick presses to produce high-quality components, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire production cycle of kick press operation.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in production quality.
  • Maintain an inventory of materials required for production.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or related field preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience as a kick press setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of kick press operation and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
