Helpers--Production Workers

Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Helpers--Production Workers to join our production team. As part of this role, you will assist our engineering staff in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers in daily production activities.
• Help set up and dismantle equipment as required.
• Maintain inventory and supplies for the production team.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of materials.
• Participate in health and safety training sessions.
• Assist in preparing reports on production activities.
• Contribute to maintaining a tidy workspace for the team.
• Promote a positive team environment through collaboration.
• Support quality control measures during production.
• Take part in regular team meetings and feedback sessions.

Requirements

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy

Advantageous

• Ability to operate specialized tools and machinery: Hands-on experience with production equipment will be advantageous.
