Maintenance Planner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that essential maintenance activities are carried out timely and efficiently to minimize downtime and enhance operational productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a proactive maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities.
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately for all maintenance functions.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager on the progress of tasks.
• Participate in developing the maintenance budget.
• Implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency.
• Review and assess maintenance contracts with external vendors.
• Facilitate communication between the maintenance team and management.
• Evaluate and adjust maintenance priorities based on operational needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant field
• Certification in project management is advantageous.

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
