Job Description

As a Wheel and Caster Repairer, you will be responsible for the essential task of repairing and maintaining wheels and casters for an array of industrial equipment. You will apply your hands-on expertise to troubleshoot issues, ensuring all machinery operates flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems related to wheels and casters.
• Assist in the development of repair procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss work progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in repairing and maintaining industrial equipment is advantageous.

Advantageous

• Welding and Fabrication Experience: Experience with welding and fabrication processes will be considered an asset.

• Familiarity with CMMS: Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
