Job Description

We are seeking experienced Structural Metal Fabricators and Fitters who possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for motorcycle assembly. You'll be responsible for assembling, fitting, and inspecting components to ensure they comply with company standards. Responsibilities

• Fit metal components accurately to ensure precise assembly of motorcycle structures.
• Use a variety of tools and machines safely to assist in the fabrication process.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to guarantee they are in good working condition.
• Work within deadlines to achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Participate in safety meetings and training to uphold workplace safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in metal fabrication or assembly roles

Technical Skills

• Soldering
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time Management

Certifications

• Welding Certification
• Forklift Operating License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in welding different techniques: Familiarity with various welding techniques and applications in motorcycle manufacturing.
