Job Description

The Doughnut Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the doughnut production line, ensuring the quality and quantity of doughnuts produced meet company standards. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire doughnut production line, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Adhere to strict health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Document production metrics to help optimize processes and improve output.
• Assist in the training of new staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages timely to management.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and product improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working as a machine operator in the food industry

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Understanding of food safety regulations
