Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Consultant who will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our manufacturing processes. You will leverage your experience to create efficient workflows, enhance product quality, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in production and propose effective solutions.
• Lead projects aimed at process re-engineering.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and report on performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques.
• Support the development of new products through stage-gate processes.
• Drive cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset.
• Provide technical support to production teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role within the manufacturing sector
