Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our confectionery production team. This role involves ensuring the enrobing machines are properly loaded and maintained to produce top-quality chocolate-coated products. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure are crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from production line.
• Regularly clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials to the enrobing machineries.
• Document all production runs and report any discrepancies.
• Work with the quality control team to rectify any product issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting any machine faults that arise during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required

Experience

• Prior experience in food production or similar environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Physical dexterity
• Forklift truck operation (advantageous)
