Job Description

We are seeking an experienced End-Touching Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining end-touching machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and troubleshoot end-touching machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Record production metrics and report discrepancies promptly.
• Participate in routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes.
