Job Description

The Hand Printed Circuit Board Assembler is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards by hand. This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure all products meet the company’s quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections to confirm quality standards.
• Utilise hand tools and equipment effectively, including soldering irons.
• Assist in the development of best practices for assembly processes.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Document completed work accurately and timely.
• Assist in training new assembly staff as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Languages
